After 8 uses the Quick Release Broke. How my Bike didn’t fall off causing serious damage to my car as well as totalling the bike is beyond me after a 4hr drive. Phew. Not Satisfied. I emailed the company for a replacement Quick release over a week ago but No Response as yet!!

I purchased a pair of the mounts wanting to use them for all of my bikes (road, TT, mtb, fat bike) and while the price is(was) great and the included accessories look like quality items, I'm disappointed to see that in order to use my thru-axel bikes, I need an expensive adapter. Here's a thought, maybe you should make a thru-axel model or include adapters with the kit. I now need to add $120-worth of adapters to make this system work for most of my bikes – making this, at least for thru-axel bikes, the most expensive vacuum-type rack on the market. This is a fail.

I was pleasantly surprised by the Kupper mount. The vacuum pump suction cup goes on REALLY securely. I drove it around the neighborhood first to see how it worked and then took shorter trips at first to make sure I knew what to expect. I watched the bike through the sun roof and it seems rock solid. It is so nice not having big crossbars or a hitch mount in the rear that always seems to be in the way. I just pop the suction cups off the car when I reach my destination to make sure it can't be removed from my car while I ride and then it quickly reattaches. I'm pretty tall and its a bit more of a challenge to get the bike set up on top of our SUVs. In fairness its not super easy to get a bike on top of a tall SUV with a rack set up, but since you have to secure the Kupper mount as well, it takes a little getting used to. I've experimented with different methods and putting the bike (front wheel off) on the front Kupper mount before putting it on the car seems to work pretty well, then all I have to do is pump the suction cup to secure it. Then I can position the rear mount under the rear wheel once the front it suctioned onto the roof. Putting the front suction cup on first works well too, but sometimes it feels like the bike wants to tip over while you are trying to tighten the QR skewer. Either way, it's still really quick to set up and get the rack and bike on the car. This is a really neat rack system that works really well. Very impressive.

The mounts are incredible. I use them on my Corvette and they hold my mountain and road bike secure to the top. They hold tight even on long distant drives to the Sierra mountains in California. Finally, the mounts take minimal space to store. Great product.

Got a Kupper mount through a long wait on Kickstarter and I’m glad I did. Such an awesome system. So quick and easy, highly recommended.

I bought a set of Kupper mounts for my mountain bike. I run a full suspension bike with 29inch tires that are 2.6 wide and fits no problem! my bike is on the heavier side and the Kupper mounts take it like a champ! Amazing vacuum style suction cups at a fraction of any other rack system. Very easy to use, safe, reliable and looks pretty awesome :p I had a few questions about the product and the Kupper team was very fast to respond to my emails and very kind! I give this product 2 huge thumbs up!
